Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to the websites and games published by Mobile Art under the Game Sultans brand ("we", "us"), including Poker Sultans and Okey Sultans. By using them you accept these terms.

Virtual items only

Chips, gold and other in-game items are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. Our games do not offer real-money gambling.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, harass others or share offensive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Purchased virtual items are not refundable by us except where the law requires.

Availability

We provide the games "as is" and may change, suspend or end features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. Questions: support@gamesultans.com.
